Volunteer at 2025 Puzzled Car Truck, & Bike Show

We are excited to invite volunteers to join us for the Puzzled Car Show event! Your support will help ensure a successful and enjoyable experience for everyone. Volunteers can contribute any amount of time they are willing to offer. Please specify how long you can help and what tasks you are interested in.

Friday, October 18, 2025

• Set Up:
  Time: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
  Help us prepare the venue for the big day!

Saturday, October 19, 2025

• Set Up (Morning):
  Time: Before 10:00 AM
  Assist with setting up the Kids Carnival and other attractions.
• Kids Carnival Assistance:
  Time: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
  Help manage carnival games and ensure a fun time for the kids.
• Parking and Traffic Direction:
  Time: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  Assist with parking cars and directing traffic to ensure smooth entry and exit.
• Registration Assistance:
  Time: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM
  Help with registering participants and guiding them to their designated areas.
• Clean Up (Post-Show):
  Time: After 4:00 PM
  Assist with cleaning up the event area to leave it spotless.
• Carnival Clean Up:
  Time: After 2:00 PM
  Help tidy up the Kids Carnival area after activities conclude.
